We offer free postage worldwide.
IMPORTANT: If you are based in the EU or Northern Ireland please be sure to read the GPSR section below.
* UK Special delivery, next day
* US Royal mail tracked and Signed, average 7-10 days, can be as few as 4 or as many as 30 days.
* Europe: Average 4-7 days, can be as many as 30 days
* Rest of the world: Please see Royal Mail for info on your country
* Expedited express shipping is available and typically takes 2-5 days depending on where you are. This costs around £40 ($50) but please check with us first for availability and pricing. We generally post the same day for orders received before 1pm and next day if after

We will not be able to post pieces listed as "Vintage" or items less than 100 years old due to the General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR).

Import Duties
Antiques are usually exempt from import duties, however we cannot be responsible for any duties applied by your country’s customs office. We would encourage you to check the customs situation in your country before ordering. Please get in touch via the contact us tab ifyou require assistance.
Re-sizing and alterations
If you require re-sizing or re-modelling, please contact us before placing your order as not all items can be re-sized. Ring sizing is usually complimentary but please get in touch to discuss as not all rings can be re-sized.
Hassle Free Returns
We accept returns on all orders. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange its return. We can sometimes extend this period (eg if its for a future surprise) but only by prior agreement.
Please note that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed and we cannot accept the return of any items that have been altered or resized.
Guarantee
Each item is guaranteed genuine and as described.
All items are antique, vintage or second hand and are sold as such. Most items are sold “as found” and may include faults (which we will always point out). We prefer to leave items as original as possible and retaining their patina as this is part of their story and their charm. We will always tell you if an item has been repaired, up-cycled or altered and we can provide further images or answer any questions you may have. Antique jewellery is generally hand-made and made well; lt's likely to outlive anything you can buy today - so look after it and it will be good for another 100 years!
Layaway - paying in installments & Klarna
You can secure any item with a deposit and pay for it over time. Terms are different depending on the value of the item etc so please get in touch to discuss and we can arrange something for you. If you really love something, we’ll try our best to make it easy for you to buy. As a general rule, its better to try and buy the best things even if that means splashing out as these will stand the test of time and hold their value – as they say “quality always sells!”
Klarna: We now offer Klarna at checkout - buy now, receive your item, pay later (subject to Klarna's credit checks).
Sell or exchange your jewellery
We are always looking to buy jewellery and will consider everything, including scrap and broken items. Scrap gold is just another form of cash to us and we will match any genuine rate you can find online or in real life. If you have items to sell similar to the pieces you see here then we will make our offer based on the merits of each piece, we don't just weigh it and pay "x" per gram. We can also buy good quality costume jewellery and anything else made of precious metal or gemstones. So if you've seen something you love, it might be easier than you think to make it yours!
Viewing in person
You may view any item in person from our UK showroom in Cheadle (SK8). Please note that this is not a shop open to the public and all viewings are strictly by appointment; no stock is kept there and so we may need a little time to arrange viewings. As an alternative, we are happy to show you items over video call or can send clear pictures or videos on request.
