Antique 22ct Gold Chester Hallmark Wedding Band Ring

Description: Lovely chunky old band ring, perfect as a wedding ring or a (pirate style!) stacker.

Age: The date letter is impossible on this one! It's very clear we just can't precisely match it up with any date. It looks to be in the 1840-1863 date range (as this is when the date letters for Chester were very swirly and elaborate - 1840 or 1848 look the most likely candidates!)

Size and weight: 4.25g. L and half (UK) 6 (US)

Materials: 22ct gold

Condition: Very good, it has a pleasing antique patina which could be polished back to new, but we don't recommend that.
