Description: Gorgeous Belle Epoque tourmaline and diamond pendant, very dainty, very classy. It is taking some art nouveau cues with its whiplash lines but is coming out of nouveau and heading into the La Belle Epoque stlye which itself led onto Art Deco. Tourmaline are amongst many people's favourite stones and its easy to see why, they have a great lustre and sumptious colour.
Age: 1910-1915 late Edwardian, Art Nouveau
Size and weight: 6.3g. 16.5 inches, gem set section 2 inch drop and 23mm wide, grren tourmaline is approx 8-9mm across.
Materials: Gold back, platinum front and chain, green tourmaline, pink tourmaline, small old cut diamonds.
Condition: Excellent
