Description: We've called this a negligee riviere but strictly speaking its neither - a negligee pendant typically has two unequal drops, this has three and a riviere typically has the sections joined nearer to the top. Anyway, its of the same time period that negligee pendants were popular and we figure the jeweller must have fancied 3 drops instead of two, and why not!? Its really pretty with lavender, collet set, faceted amethysts leading down to the lovely, central, oval stone and then with these three knife edge set drops - very elegant! We think its a generic, hand made arts and crafts piece rather than by one of the big names.

Size and weight: 17.9g, its around 17.5-18" open length and then the drop is 4.8cm from top of the oval to bottom of the drops.
Materials: Silver, amethyst
Condition: Very good antique condition, nice patina, could be polished up which would look great, but we don't necessarily recommend it.
