Description: Lovely, plain gold and carnelian fob, the carved initials are quite hard to make out!
Age: These type of fobs always seem to be labelled as Georgian which makes sense given the plain styling (Victorian ones tend to be a bit fancier) so who are we to disagree! We can't be 100% sure of age but we'll say that 1830 isn't going to be too far away.
Size and weight: 8.9g, 4cm top to bottom including gold bail. Bottom is 2.5 tall x 2cm wide
Materials: 18ct gold, carnelian
Condition: Very good antique condition. The top bail is not soldered shut and is a little scuffed.
