Sybil Dunlop Large Arts & Crafts Pendant - Reserved please enquire

Description: We always compare notes and ask around when we're trying to attribute an arts and crafts piece but this one is unequivocally Sybil! The design apart from anything is very typical of her later work and we were also able to find a silver bowl with the exact same frond motifs, right down the the little casting imperfections you see here and this piece had full Sybil Dunlop hallmarks (thank you peartreecollection.com). Anyway, we're as sure as we can be!

Age: c1925-30 late arts and crafts period 

Size and weight:  16.35g 7cm Inc bale x 5.8cm

Materials: Silver, chrysoprase, blue agate, as yet unidentified red cabochon (very nice very high dome)

Condition: The piece is in excellent condition in itself, however, there will of originally been a drop at the bottom. If we/you removed the bottom loop you'd never know. We could also have attached something as a replacement but we feel the new owner might want to make this decision, best guess knowing her designs would be a more elongated blue agate as per the ones outside but longer - if we find something that's a match we'll let you know!
