You can find more out about these rings if you google Niessing Spannring. there are the 18k white gold gloss finish versions which are still on sale today as the original tension set diamond ring (and the wedding band!). the band is approx 2mm and is a nice round, comfortable donut. it's approx 2mm and a size G or 3.5 so pretty small. the engagement ring is approx 3mm and H or 3.5-3.375 so slightly larger as she wore the wedding ring on the outside and this configuration was comfy.
I can't resize these ones so you or your other half will need small fingers!
