Description: Fabulous French Art Deco bracelet. Quality of design, materials and construction are sublime. Even the little pusher is diamond studded. Shouts Art deco and oozes timeless quality, a real investment piece in near perfect condition. We can't find a makers mark but its typical of jewels at the time being made by Cartier and the like and its of that quality. If it were signed Cartier you could add $50,000! So we'll keep looking!
Age: c1925-35 Art Deco
Size and weight: 6.5 - 6.75 inches, 168mm to be precise and 13mm wide. LArge stones measure 6mm across.
Materials: Platinum, no marks as was common at the time. Diamond - 8cts (minimum)the large stones are approx 0.75 carats each and unusually for a piece like this (where they really don't need to be this quality) they are beautifully clear, well matched and bright white. And super sparkly. Its very hard to estimate the total diamond weight but 4.5 carats for the main stones is going to be very close and then 3.5 for the entirety of the rest is conservative.
Condition: Excellent. Clasp clicks nicely into place and 2 safety catches secure it.
