Heavy Scarce Antique 18ct Gold Twisted Link Albert Chain Bracelet

Description: It's hard to find these old chains in 18ct now. So if you like antique and you like to have the best, this one is for you! Its 18ct and each piece is marked, the clip however is a very well matching 9ct one. Albert chains were originally owned by a chap who then died leaving the chain which was often broken into smaller pieces for family members to share and wear. 18ct dog clips are very rare and the jeweller who converted it has used a clip that is an identical colour.

Age: c1890 Victorian +/- 10 years.

Size and weight: 26g. 7 inches. Links 20mm x 9mm.

Materials: 18ct Gold, dog clip is 9ct.

Condition: Very good, dog clip is 9ct and didn't start life with the bracelet. Thee is a little wear between links where they've rubbed together over the years, nothing to worry about though.
