Description: The things coming out of Japan in the late 19th century are, in our humble opinion, some of the finest objects ever made. These are only tiny but absolutely exquisite.
Age: c1890 Aesthetic period, Late Victorian
Size and weight: 9.3g 16mm x 14mm rectangles
Materials: Gold, silver, bronze
Condition: Excellent - some of the applied pieces are made of silver, eg the birds and these would pop out with a little polish.
