Description: Grizzly looking fellow! Very nicely modelled and full of character, very likely Japanese and pre-Meiji period. He's on the 9ct gold chain on which we found him but if you don't need that then we can sell separately.

Condition: Good, antique condition. The loop on his head does not appear to be gold. The thin rose gold trombone link chain is good and has one link at the end which is a non gold replacement, this would be easy to put right and it would also be possible to attach a gold loop to the top of his head but we like this slightly gnarly aesthetic!
