Description: Gorgeous little Regency butterfly set with citrine, amethyst and garnet. Typical bubble back foiled setting as seen in pieces from this period.
Age: c1800-1820 Georgian
Size and weight: To follow
Materials: Higher carat gold (not x-ray tested yet, to follow, possibly 12 carat although may be 9 carat with a higher carat wash). Garnet, amethyst, citrine.
Condition: Very good, slight ding on reverse which is not seen when worn. Settings secure.
