Harvey & Gore Heavy Antique 15ct Gold Rope Twist Chain

Description: Harvey & Gore are one of London's oldest and finest jewellers and they are still going strong today. The attribution to them here is not rock solid provenance so please bear that in mind! We bought a few pieces from the same ex-London family which were by H&G and in their original fitted boxes, this chain was with one of those and the family were sure that all their late Grandmother's (and her mother's) jewellery was from there, she was a very good customer it seems! Anyway, regardless, its a beautiful, solid, heavy chain (we're not actually sure what you call this type of link, its not really a rope chain as its made up of hundreds of individual links which are in turn made up of 4 or 5 twisted loops) and its always nice to have chains in 15ct (like the name of our shop!)
